Fathers and Sons: Interlibrary Loan

A guide created for Rhetoric 102.

New Interlibrary Loan System

Interlibrary loan requests must be submitted using a system called ILLiad.

ILLiad requires new users to create an account. Faculty accounts were created by library staff, but students must create their own username and password. Faculty should not try to create a second account - if have you questions about your username and password, please contact the library.

There are many advantages to ILLiad! For example:

  • You enter your name, address, and other personal information into the system only once, at the time of your first request.
  • You can find information about the status of your request in your online account, and you'll no longer need to contact library staff.
  • Articles will be electronically delivered to your account.

The URL to create an account and log-in is: https://hsc.illiad.oclc.org/illiad/logon.html

Try Using WorldCat for Interlibrary Loan!

Are you requesting a book or a DVD or CD? Please consider using WorldCat in FirstSearch, or this search box, to make your request.
