Interlibrary Loan

Do you need to get an article or book from another library? Tipasa is the software system Bortz Library uses to request items from another library.

Log-in to Tipasa using your standard HSC username and password. If you have trouble logging in, or have questions about your username and password, please contact the library. HSC patrons are limited to borrowing 40 items at a time (this limit does not apply to electronic article requests, but to hard copies only).

There are many advantages to Tipasa! For example:

  • You can sign up for email or text notifications, or
  • You can find information about the status of your request in your online account, and you'll no longer need to contact library staff
  • Articles will be electronically delivered to your account

The Tipasa log-in link is: https://3020.account.worldcat.org/account
