Bortz Library’s mission is to support Hampden-Sydney’s efforts “to form good men and good citizens in an atmosphere of sound learning” by providing students and faculty with quality information resources and services as efficiently as possible.
Support learning and teaching in the liberal arts environment by maintaining an appropriate collection of books, periodicals, and non-print materials along with the equipment and software necessary for their use.
